A 5-year-old girl recently delighted flight attendants and netizens for wearing a child-sized Singapore Airlines cabin crew uniform.
What happened: On Saturday, Mohamad Yazid Bin Johari, 34, posted to TikTok a video of his daughter Zahra interacting with a few Singapore Airlines flight attendants in Kuala Lumpur. Their plane was bound for Singapore.
“My daughter got to live her dream!” Yazid’s video’s onscreen text says.
In the 46-second clip, Zahra can be seen wearing Singapore Airlines’ iconic cabin crew uniform, also known as the sarong kebaya. The end of Yazid’s video features a photo of Zahra and a Singapore Airlines flight attendant smiling for the camera.
Where she got it: Yazid told AsiaOne that he purchased a junior sarong kebaya for his daughter from Singapore Airlines’ online store.
Netizens react: Several TikTok users were quick to comment on Yazid’s post, which has already garnered over 418,000 views and more than 28,000 likes.
“I pray for her one day she’ll become a Singaporean Flight attendance [sic] and she can travel around the world,” one TikTok user wrote.
“OMG must have made their day! All uniformed workers should experience this once in their life!” another user said.
Even Singapore Airlines’ official TikTok account commented on Yazid’s post, saying, “Awww…. this is the cutest! We hope she joins us someday!”
