A TikTok user has recently gone viral for documenting her meals at Harvard University, from brunch, lunch and dinner to late-night snacks.
Elise Pham, a TikTok user with over 46,900 followers and 2.2 million likes in total, has been documenting her life as a Harvard student since she got accepted as a student in December 2021.
In one of her most viral uploads, which has been viewed over 2 million times since it was posted on April 1, Pham documents some of the meals she’s had at Harvard’s first-year undergraduate dining hall, Annenberg Hall.
Showing off the popular dining hall, which Pham compares to the Hogwarts dining hall from the “Harry Potter” franchise, she details the extravagant seafood bar she saw while having dinner at Annenberg.
“SEAFOOD BAR FOR DINNER??!! come eat dinner at Harvard with me!” she captioned her post.
Pham explains that the meal choices that night consisted of raw oysters and clams. Mouthwatering shrimp cocktails, baked clams, olive oil baked cod and fig- and sage-glazed chicken were also offered. As for dessert, Annenberg had a build-your-own cannoli station.
Tonight’s dinner literally exceeded my expectations, especially the raw seafood bar, baked clams and cocktail shrimps,” Pham says in her video.
In another viral video, which has been viewed more than 5 million times, Pham offers a glimpse at the late-night snack options at Annenberg.
Other videos Pham has uploaded include clips about weekend lunch, her experience at Harvard’s Korean Night Market and an Easter Brunch.

TikTok users expressed amazement and envy in the comment sections of Pham’s posts.
“If I watched this as a kid, I would’ve studied harder to get into Harvard,” one user wrote.
“Harvard be eating like kings and queens,” another user commented.
“Me watching this as I slowly rip open my ramen pack,” another user said.
It should not come as a surprise that Harvard is offering a wide variety of dishes for its students, considering that tuition for the 2023–2024 school year starts at $54,269.
This can go up to $79,450 with additional costs, such as the $7,950 food rate and $12,424 housing rate, to name a few.
Although the total cost of tuition at Harvard University is considered exorbitant, Pham explained in the comment section of her seafood bar video that most of her tuition is already paid for and that she covers the rest herself.
