Crush has collaborated with BTS’ J-Hope on “Rush Hour,” the South Korean R&B artist’s first music release since he was discharged from the military in August.
Prior to “Rush Hour,” which was released on Thursday, Crush’s latest song was “Happier,” which was featured in Psy’s ninth studio album “Psy 9th” back in April while Crush was still on military duty.
Crush’s last album was his fourth EP “with HER,” which was released in October 2020. The EP, led by the title track “Let Me Go” featuring Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, also features artists such as BIBI, Lee Hi, Lee So-ra and Yoon Mi-rae.
As for J-Hope, he has had an eventful last few months. The BTS member released his debut solo album “Jack in the Box” in July, and he also made history as the first South Korean artist to headline Lollapalooza. Back in June, J-Hope and his fellow BTS members dropped their massive 48-track anthology album “Proof” led by the title track “Yet to Come (The Most Beautiful Moment).”
Other BTS members have been busy recently as well. In June, Jungkook teamed up with Charlie Puth for the single “Left and Right.” Last month, Benny Blanco, Snoop Dogg and BTS released the song “Bad Decisions,” and earlier this month, RM was featured in the single “Sexy Nukim” by South Korean music collective Balming Tiger.
