Japanese Burger Chain Sells Out of Burgers Because of Donald Trump

Munch’s Burger Shack just got an enormous boost in popularity after they served President Trump their scrumptious “Colby Jack Cheese Burger”.

Trump was so satisfied with his meal that he personally shook the hands of the burger joint’s chef and owner Yutaka Yanagisawa.

The delectable meal was served well-done upon Trump’s request and made using 100% American Angus beef patty, which he said was “very good.”

The now-famous hamburger that the POTUS ate only costs about 1,200 yen ($10.54), which is more affordable than what other world leaders eat.

Plenty of hungry customers decided to try out the presidential meal for themselves, leading to the Munch’s Burger Shack completely sold out of burgers at their Toranomon branch by 2:30 p.m., according to SoraNews24.

Munch’s Burger Shack was also featured on Japanese television, with the staff mentioning that the restaurant had so many customers that they couldn’t keep up with the demand.

The Tokyo-based burger joint only has two branches located in Shiba and Toranomon, but given their recent media exposure, hungry customers might get to see more pop up at different locations soon.
