San Diego police are looking for a man accused of entering and casing multiple Vietnamese temples in the city in September.
Where the incidents took place: The suspected allegedly cased five Vietnamese temples located in City Heights and southeast San Diego between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 14 and burglarized one of them. The suspect managed to steal an undisclosed amount of cash from a lockbox in the temple, while he was escorted out by staff in the others after he cased their interiors.

About the suspect: Police described the suspect as a Black man in his 40s, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 240 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, tan shorts and black sandals and driving a newer model of Volkswagen SUV.
Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to call the San Diego Police Department’s Mid-City Division at 619-516-3064 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477. A $1,000 reward is being offered for details leading to his arrest.
