Keanu Reeves to star in Jonah Hill-directed dark comedy ‘Outcome’
Keanu Reeves and Jonah Hill are set to collaborate on a new film titled “Outcome.”
Hill, 39, will direct and star in the dark comedy which he co-wrote with Ezra Woods, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Apple Original Films has picked up the feature, which also stars Reeves, 58, as Reef, a troubled Hollywood actor who is forced to confront his past after being blackmailed with a mysterious video clip.
This will mark the latest collaboration between Hill and Apple since the development of their Martin Scorsese-directed Grateful Dead biopic, which Hill stars in as band co-founder and vocalist Jerry Garcia. The Academy Award nominee most recently co-wrote and starred in the Netflix rom-com “You People” and directed the 2022 Netflix documentary “Stutz.”
Meanwhile, Reeves is set to star in the “John Wick” spinoff “Ballerina” with Academy Award nominee Ana de Armas. His most recent film, “John Wick: Chapter 4,” has earned over $250 million worldwide, bringing his hit four-film franchise to over $833 million globally.
