Jackie Chan’s Illegitimate Daughter Comes Out as a Lesbian

Etta Ng, the estranged daughter of martial artist and “Rush Hour” star Jackie Chan and Chinese beauty queen Elaine Ng Yi-Lei, says she’s an out and proud lesbian.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the 17-year-old posted a photo of herself posing in front of a rainbow background, and included the hashtags #lgbtqai, #lgbt, #lesbian, and #androgynous.
In a follow-up post on Friday, Ng said she was in “awe” of the love and support she has received.
Hong Kong-based Canadian social media star Andi Autumn, 30, also revealed in an Instagram post that she and Ng are officially dating, and gave the teenager her full support.
“I’ve never met anyone like @stolenmilktea . She has given me a chance to fully express the running thoughts in my head. No judgements, just understanding. Everything was against us. We’ve been pushed down again and again but its worth it knowing we will get through it together, side by side,” Andi wrote.
“We are living in such an international city and yet so many people have their minds closed off. But none of it matters when I know every morning your going to be next to me. I love you,” she went on.
Andi also thanked her Instagram followers for their “kind words,” adding that “it’s honestly giving us more energy to fight for what’s right.”
According to Taiwan News, Ng considers Chan a stranger and said in 2015 that she was “far from forgiving him after all these years,” referring to her father’s affair with Elaine while Chan was married to Joan Lin Feng-jiao.
While Chan has yet to publicly acknowledge his daughter, the martial artist did “come out” in support of the LGBT community “as an ally of equality” in an advertisement for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation back in 2013. It has yet to be determined if his support is related to Ng’s sexual orientation.
