‘Invincible’ Season 2 trailer: Steven Yeun’s Mark Grayson fights on after father’s betrayal
Amazon Prime Video has released the official trailer for “Invincible” Season 2.
Official trailer: The official trailer was revealed at New York Comic Con on Saturday. The second season promises to be even more extraordinary as the show’s co-creator, Robert Kirkman, lauded Amazon’s support for the creative freedom they granted.
Voice cast: Kirkman also praised the impressive voice talents of the series, which includes Steven Yeun as the titular hero, Sandra Oh, J. K. Simmons, Gillian Jacobs, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Chris Diamantopoulos, Walton Goggins, Jason Mantzoukas, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Zachary Quinto, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson and Seth Rogen.
Season 2 will also feature new cast members, including Chloe Bennet, Eric Bauza, Sterling K. Brown, Tatiana Maslany, Tim Robinson, Phil Lamarr and Ben Schwartz.
About the show: “Invincible,” which is based on the comics of the same name written by Kirkman, follows the story of 17-year-old Mark Grayson adjusting to his superpowers under the guidance of his superhero father, Omni-Man. In the first season, Grayson struggles between balancing his newfound responsibilities with his personal life before discovering a dark truth about his father.
New season: In the new season, Grayson grapples with the betrayal of his father. He must rebuild his life while facing new threats and the fear of becoming like his father.
The first half of the eight-episode season premieres on Prime Video on Nov. 3, while the second half is scheduled for early 2024.
