‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ to return to theaters with 8 minutes of bonus footage
By William Yuk
A24’s multiverse and generation-spanning megahit is slated for a theatrical re-release, which will include a new introduction from the film’s directors Daniel Kwana and Daniel Schienert as well as an extra eight minutes of bonus content.
The pair of directors, known collectively as The Daniels, recently took to Twitter to clarify that the version of “Everywhere Everything All At Once” will be the same as the theatrical cut shown earlier this year. Audiences will get additional content in the form of a series of post-credits bloopers and outtakes similar to those of “a classic Hong Kong flick”
While fans of “Everywhere Everything All At Once” will not be treated to any new content beyond the introduction and post-credit scenes when the film arrives in theaters, The Daniels have released a couple of deleted scenes that expand upon their weird and wonderful vision.
