A trailer for the film adaptation of the best-selling novel “The Sun is Also a Star” featuring “Riverdale” jock Charles Melton dropped on Wednesday and we have never clicked on a video so fast.
Melton plays a son of Korean immigrants aptly named Daniel Bae, who crosses paths with Natasha Kingsley, played by “Grown-ish” star Yara Shahidi, whose family faces deportation back to Jamaica.
“What if I told you, I could get you to fall in love with me? Just give me a day,” Bae tells her on their first meeting.
