Man on Bumble Has a Complete Meltdown After a Woman Asked Him a Simple Question
By Sarah Lesnar
One woman’s simple question to a man she connected to on the dating app Bumble caused him to go into an angry tantrum that got him banned until he learns to grow up.
The woman, identified as Ashley, had matched with Connor and engaged in small talk. Unfortunately, Ashley asked a question about a rather sensitive topic to Connor:
Connor continues to list his thoughts and explains that he doesn’t “have time for entitled, gold-digging whores” and will “call a girl out on her bullshit.”
When Ashley reported the conversation to Bumble, they responded by posting an open letter to Connor on their blog, fully backing Ashley.
“Take a seat, because this concept may blow your mind. Women nowadays work. It’s happened over time, we know, but a vast majority of women from our generation have jobs.
“Ashley was (wait for it, Connor, because this is where things really get interesting), viewing herself as an equal.”
In the final blow, Bumble wished Connor well and blocked him entirely from the site:
“We are going to hope that one day, you come around. We hope that the hate and resentment welling up inside of you will subside and you’ll be able to engage in everyday conversations with women without being cowardice to their power. But until that day comes, Connor, consider yourself blocked from Bumble.”
Maybe Connor has had one too many bad experiences, but that never gives anyone the right to throw around sexist assumptions.
