BTS’ Jimin reveals title, release date for debut solo album
BTS member Jimin has announced the title and release date of his debut solo album, “Face.”
The news came today alongside a short teaser video revealing the album cover art and title.
Fans can also anticipate special activities throughout the album’s release week, with pre-orders opening on Feb. 22 at 9 p.m. ET.
According to a press release, “‘FACE’ delves into Jimin’s story of fronting his true self and making a new leap forward as an artist.”
The singer also spoke about the project during a live broadcast on Weverse.
I’m currently preparing lots of things that I can do together with you guys around that time. I’m planning lots of different kinds of things we can do to have fun together and enjoy ourselves, so I think you can safely look forward to it.
With “Face,” Jimin follows fellow BTS members RM and J-Hope, who have both released full-length solo albums. He mostly recently collaborated with Taeyang of BIGBANG on the track “Vibe.”
“Face” is scheduled for release on March 24.
