2021 MTV EMAs: BTS wins most awards, Olivia Rodrigo and Saweetie also winners
BTS recently won every award they were nominated for at the 2021 MTV EMAs.
The winners: During the awards ceremony, which took place on Nov. 14 in Budapest, BTS became the biggest winners of the night by taking home the four awards they were nominated for, Bandwagon Asia reported.
- The world-renowned K-pop artists won “Biggest Fans,” “Best K-pop,” “Best Group” and “Best Pop.”
- Other Asian winners include Singapore’s JJ Lin for “Best Southeast Asia Act,” Sakurazaka46 for “Best Japanese Act,” Divine for “Best Indian Act” and Aespa for “Best Korean Act.”
- Asian American artists who won awards include Saweetie for “Best New” and Olivia Rodrigo for “Best Push.”
